Trouble Code Need Help

03 mazdaspeed protege got a 2 code throwing a P0171 and a P0660 I have replace the pcv valve but no luck anyone know how to fix this please let me know thanks.

P0171 is a vacuum leak check all vacuum lines/charge pipes, the exhaust manifold hardware/gasket and the wastegate diaphragm. P0660 is a VICS/VTCS code I believe, likely need a new solenoid on top of the IM.
