The tripoint adjustable cam gears, how hard are they to tune?
What does it actually mean that they are adjustable?
What kind of gains should i see i already have the Mazdaspeed Camshafts?

think you need to be at dyno to tune em, but it is a good question....wonder if someone knows

yep, dyno tune them. all you're really doing is moving the power up and down the power band...in theory the higher you can move the power band, the more power you'll make....up to a limit
