look under the bumper, that harness should just be dangling, as for the switch Im not sure if it is the same as my mpv but it would be a column switch which is a ridiculous price (FOG lights Dealer 150-200 and the switch is 200+ based on an mpv. Your best bet is to find the housing used then wire the lights yourself to an independent switch
