Hey guys, I just want to give out a HUGE thank you to all of those who participated in our adventurous meet.. I had a freakin great time the whole time..

And now, with no further edeu, the September 28th-30th Tri-State Meet Pictures.. (AZ, NV, CA, UT) <---more than just a tri state now huh...

Found this guy on the road to meet up with the rest of the NV gang.. decided to have some fun on the way, still killed me though.. LOL

Met with the rest of the Vegas Mazdas.. (and Utah guys and two CA peepz!)

I'm resizing all this weekends pictures down but here is one I took Saturday night The Oatman hotel/bar is wall papered with $1 bills that people have signed. AZMC and MOCC are no different.

September 28-29-30, 2007 Arizona Mazda Club joined forces with MOCC and Vegas Mazda's for a drive in the desert. Also known as the S/W Tri-State meet of 2007.

The meet started on Friday September 28, 2007 with people traveling from southern Arizona, northern California, Nevada and Utah.

We all met up where AZ-CA-NV meet. That's right in Laughlin. The Pioneer Casino/Hotel was an awesome host for this meet. They provided us with a nice place to call home for the night. They gave us half off, for an all you can eat prime rib and crab leg dinner with all the fixin's.

All the separate car clubs melted together as one big group and hit the town. Some left Laughlin with more money than they came with. Some bowed to the white cool god next to the tub as a result of the spirituous beverages that were given to them from the local establishments.


Saturday morning we all met for a driver's meeting then hit the highway. We all got our kicks of Route 66 as we snaked our way through the twisty mother road into the ghost town of Oatman. There we all got to make an ass of ourselves. Well not really. We all got to hand feed wild burrows.

While in Oatman I received a citation for creative parking/inventing a parking space. It was a prank played upon me by MSP Michele from Vegas. LOL

After Oatman we continued on the Mother Road of America. We got into some fast paced twisties that had your heart racing faster than a rotary.

When we got into Lake Havasu City we all ended going to our separate hotels and watched the sun set into the lake. Then we all met up for dinner and painted the town red. Not one of us called it a night before midnight.

Sunday morning we all met up for breakfast at Bob's Bigboy. After breakfast we got a group shot photo with the final stragglers of the run in front of the giant Big Boy.

I just wanted to thank everybody that made this run. You are what made this run so much fun. See y'all next year for the S/W Tri-state meet in 2008.
