tranny fluid

Does anyone know how to change their tranny fluid on our cars, i think i know how to do it but im not real sure. i dont want anything to mess up on me, cause my check engine light came up and the code read something about clutch or tranny malfunction, i guess that means lets do soemthing with the transmission.

but if what im thinking is the drain plug, its pretty much on the bottom of the tranny, its just really hard to get off cause there is this lip int he way.

but if any of you guys have done this help me out.

i've done it. its easy- but its a huge socket- like 22mm. Also you need a hand pump to fill it, as its on a slope.

yeah it was a big socket i think i got like a 24mm but was it hard to take out.

pump dont have to worry about, i can get the fluid in easy.

Both the drain and fill plugs take a 23 mm socket. I refilled mine using a funnel with a long tube.
