Today i started to drive my car and the transmition would not shift into 3rd and 4th gears. i have a 2003 protege 5 with trip-tronic 4 speed. any suggestions?
the car has a little less than 90,000.
my car has been having the same issue but now my car wont shif through any of the gears... so pretty much the trip tronic mode has stopped working but it works fine when in drive... i need to change my fluid and see if that makes a difference
mine works in drive but wont go into those gears. my girlfriend says that she had simalar issues with her car. She had a trans flush and all was better. So I am going to take it in to get checked and then I will let you know.
