Trailer hitch with 1 1/14" opening

Has anyone found a trailer hitch for a 2012 CX-9 that has a 1 1/4" opening? I was trying to avoid having to buy the adapter to convert from 2" to 1 1/4" to accept my bike rack. I know the adapters are pretty cheap. I have an adapter that goes from 2" to 1 1/4" for a cargo carrier (that I used on my Mazda Tribute with a 1 1/4" hitch) which would go to waste if I got a new hitch with a 2" opening. No big deal, just wondering if anyone has seen one.

Only the Mazda OE hitch.
It is more costly (@ $200+), but it integrates with the rear bumper more nicely
and it sits an inch or two higher.

Other 2" hitch can be had for $150 on etrailer.com or eBay.
But, they sit below the rear bumper.

Thule makes a universal 1-1/4" to 2" sleeve that fits over the 1-1/4" mount. I up-sized my bike rack with it. Works great and I retained the "silent" mount function of my rack by buying a longer high-grade bolt from home depot. I thought about going with the factory hitch but didn't want to cut my bumper.
