I got 3.4% on my P5.
Anyway I say go with the SI. If this guy is good on his word make him show you the numbers and READ!!!! the contract. Dont feel bad man when I sell my Evo I might be getting one of those SI's

thanx for the site, Renzo.

TeamPlayers: Trading an Evo for an SI? why the downgrade? I like Honda more than Mitsu, but it's still an Evo...

Nate: yeah, I mentioned earlier that if I can't get this deal to work, i'm going to at least refinance...

and to the 0% ... Bastards...

it's 18% :(

Familia, I DO have the LX wing, PM'ed you.

Wow.

Do it only if you can obtain a PRE APPROVED LOAN some place close to 10 percent (even 15 percent is better).

Of course a dealer will say I CAN WORK IT.

You wont know your interest rate until you are nearly finised, sinin your name on papers.

Be careful.

(keyboard sucks, I am not illeterate (wow) )

We just bought a Civic from them a few weeks ago for my wife, and we got 10%. That's how I know it can be done. I'm not worried about that, it's the trade-in i'm hoping will go right.

:) This is what it'll look like, minus the whole Type-R thing and expensive deep-dish rims.

Well I cant bring the Evo back to the states when I come back. So after a while there is no point in owning it. Plus when I come back to the stastes I would like to buy a house.. I wouldnt say the SI is such a BIG downgrade. The K20 loves boost. With a small kit and minor suspension mods the SI wil be just as fun to drive as the Evo. Plus I got a thing for hatches.

I hear you about the thing for hatches... I loved my ZX3's bodystyle and versatility... but I hated the fact that it was Automatic and had manual everything else...

that sux about the Evo. E6, I'm assuming that's an Evo VI?

I heard horror stories about VTEC and boost... There is mixed info all over the net.

Well, I've heard that VTEC is Honda's version of turbo.

(rlaugh) j/k -duh!

E6=JDM Evo VI AYC and all the other overrated bits.

As far as boosting Hondas go. The new SI was made for boost IMO. http://www.revhard.com/ well known company that is putting down good numbers for an excellent price. There are plenty of EP3 hatches that are putting down 220+whp on stock internals and NO problems. And if your not feeling the boost you can swap the motor and 6speed from the RSX-S right in, and have the mad vtec yo.

VTEC till it hurts!

But seriously, that's pretty cool they can handle power.

Yeah the ne K20 is nothing like the older b-series motors. Compression on the K20 is 9.8:1 unlike the older ones where it was 10:1- 11:8. Way more suited for boost.

I'll probably run N/A. higher compression pistons, tuned headers, port polish, etc...

then again, I may just boost it... who knows.

I do know one thing. I'm going in on monday to start working on this deal before someone else buy's my EP hatch :)
