Toyota Yaris - Mazda Interior

Maybe I'm late to the party on this (I usually am) but has anyone noticed how much the inside of the 2017 Toyota Yaris looks like a Mazda? They copied the Infotainment Center, the center controls, etc. Even the seats look the same.

Hopped into a Scion a few weeks ago and it also had the same interior and infotainment system as Mazda.

Even the steering wheel and steering wheel controls....

The current scion iA is the equivalent to the yaris I believe, the iA has the mazda interior and was built on the mazda2 platform I believe. So same goes for the yaris.

I remember when the Scion brand debuted. I was in the middle of college and at first wanted the xB really bad and then the tC when it came out. Just found out that Toyota discontinued the brand and the few models left are going back to toyota.. At the time i really like the brand because it was something different compared to the generic looking cars toyota was making... oh well
