DAMN...Vic's MSP rolled 15x down a 300+ foot cliff & didn't look 1/2 as bad as your P5. I'm glad you're ok...I'll definitely remember the reaching thing from now on.

First and foremost glad to hear that you are okay. That's the most important thing and it sounds like you have an awesome attitude towards the matter. Hope you stick around, you were one of the first and your input to the community was invaluable.

I must say I've never seen anything like that before. And then your statement about your wife and kid! WOW! A lot of guys said you were lucky! I'd have to say that goes way beyond luck. Anyways glad to hear everything was ok, I'd totally understand not wanting anything to do with the car again. I think I'd want to blow it up! Good luck with the new car. Check out the safety reports, I'd also recommend all the airbags you can get.

now my turn!!I may be young, and I sure as hell think I am one bad a$$ ******* driver and God knows I am not the best out there, but I will tell you a few things.
1) Thank god for family man. They give you meaning and they give you purpose. Take care of them, nothing can replace family. Once broken, always broken. Trust me.
2) Seeing those pictures not only made me cringe but it also made me switch the sign on my "TURBO ALLOWANCE" jar to "PROJECT MIATA ALLOWANCE" jar. I always wanted turbo, but I think I will stick to the basics and keep working stereos like I do.
3) Thats incredible that you made it. I dont quite understand what "that" feels like, but I have had my s*** with cars too having totaled a Z3 and a Benzo 4Matic wagon. There is no feeling worse than losing that. It may be replaceable but it still holds a certain spot of your heart. I DEFINATELY do understand not wanting to ever see the car again.
Lastly...
4) I sort of feel like I was the only one to read your post where you said you didnt want to see the car anymore and you didnt want any more offers on parts and such. So HELLLLOOOO! Can EVERYONE please quit making offers for parts! I know everyone thinks it's funny to claim dibs on parts of the car that are completely messed up and $hit like that, but ask yourself this.... WOULD YOU BE CLAIMING DIBS ON THOSE PARTS IF HE DIDNT WALK AWAY FROM THE CAR? I would hope not. The car is dead, he is not. Lets leave it at that and have some respect.
I hope I pissed some people off right here, cause that means my point was loud and clear.
