torque on head and cams

You really need to look at the workshop manual to get the torque right. There is a link to the workshop manual in the sticky section of this forum, but I cannot get it open to the pages you need.

I assume you want cam cap bolt torque. Its 100-125 in-lb. NOTE; inch lb. NOT foot lb.
120 in lb = 10 ft lb. the manual lists a sequence you should follow. Hand tighten the left cam cap bolts on cylinder 3. (left looking from the cam belt end of engine) and the right cam cap bolts on cylinder 2. The tighten all bolts a few turns until all are tight working from the center out.

Head bolts. You don't say if you have new bolts? If not you should measure the bolt lengths. Any that are over 4.153" should be trash canned and replaced.
They are pre-tightened to 13.0-16.5 ft.lb. Again you begin at the center and work out.
YOU ARE NOT finished yet. Put a mark on each bolt head. Tighten in sequence 85*-95*. *=degrees. Once again tighten in sequence 85*-95*. You are now finished.
