This would go good with my blue Mazda 3 Mods ETD but it was a pain putting that thing on there to begin with =\
if I had seen this before I would have probably gotten it just for the hell of it.

bump for an awsome mount, gives you a lil vib but holds up as well as the solid, just maybe not as still in the bay.

it was that hard? these mounts are cake, id think the ETD would be the same.

Well what I have noticed with my car is that nothing goes as smoothly as it should. With intake install, had problems removing the stock splash guard. With inlet install, damn thing took forever to fit over the turbo. The ETD was not that bad until installing the bracket on top of the strut tower. Loosened the bolts up top and the damn thing shifted on the inside. Had to remove the tire and pull on the spring to line it up again. Friend ended up stripping the thread so we had to rethread it. That whole process was a PITA but very well worth it. NO VIBES, incredible traction gain and now in high RPM's the engine roars while in the cabin!

Then again I do live in Houston and the heat makes things 10x more difficult. That's most likely what makes everything such a PITA.
Oh well I am happy with every part I have gotten so far.
 
easy install just did it anyone who needs a how to can pm me love the part so far. really makes a difference, my stock one was just bad it seems. those who like a smooth ride do not bother though. hardly any vibes but clutch engagement is very direct now. This is a drivers piece not for looks.

you're making me want to change my mind, and keep it. I bought it used, and never installed it. I decided I would wait to pay a kings ransom for the cpe set when they come out in fall of 2012
 
your hurtin for 65 bucks? man your gonna be hurting x10 more after the CP-E mounts purchase then.
 
I'm far from hurting for the money. just at the moment I'm remodeling the bathroom so all my extra cash, and time is going to that. selling this mount would be just be a case of beer, and money to go racing next week
 
lol, understood

do you have any mount installed at all now? if your gonna race, this mount will help the wheel hop, and make shifts more firm. If you want the ultimate setup you need a tranny n rear mount to go with it, and after that wheel hop wont happen, and every shift will be a grab

lol, im not tryin to sell you the mount or w.e, you do own it, just my experience.
 
ahh, old school SE-R, mad respect for that chassi, i dont care for the new one. i used to be a 240 wacko, but got out of it quickly. is that a black or red top SR-20? been around 2 years since i was in that game, but i think a blacktop came in the S15's so id be a redtop unless swapped in. u said its a GTI-R but not sure which 20 that came with
