I guess you didn't hear about the AMERICAN Top Gear they are making. It sounded terrible and included a drag racer as one of the commentators.

They did fly the Stig over for the test runs, though.

I agree an American version would be sad. Plus we dont have the other cool cars everyone else gets. I dont want to watch a show about the chevy cobalt or dodge neon.
