Top End Speed problems

Did you reset the ECU after replacing the sensors? Disconnect the battery ground, step on the brake for 30 seconds, then reconnect the battery. It is possible the ECU is a bit confused from the sensors being messed up.

i almost wonder if this is that surge feeling that people were getting when going WOT?? it had to do with a faulty fuel pump. i do know that there is a TSB out there for it

Yeah I had the same problem with mine. I had to run a week with a plug in the O2 sensor bung hole....lol. But once I had the new sensor put in, it ran great.

tune

your car needs to be tuned it is either fuel or boost cut. I had the same problem after putting turbo xs dp and corksport midpipe. I was told by the head subaru tech that it was most likly fuel cut do to the PCM seeing the high levels of boost. -

Dumbass

I was driving and this loud and constant ticking with RPM sound was happening, could this just be oil or did something get messed up? My mods are:
- Injen CAI

Ok, so basically I'm a dumbass! I had the HKS Power DLII wired wrong, when I reset everything and unplugged this and plugged it back in, I had it connected wrong so now everything is good BUT, I still have the ticking, bad. I noticed I did lose a bit of oil and the weather is cold so I am hoping that is it, but i'm not sure. The CEL went off, runs good, smooth idle - but loud and constant ticking with RPM, could this just be oil or did I **** something up? My mods are:
- HKS Twin Power DL II
- HKS SSQV BOV
- HKS Exhaust system
- Turbo XS down & race pipe
- Injen CAI
- Cobb rear-anti sway bar

(soon to be installed -Iridium colder spark plugs & Front mount Intercooler)
There is a distinct ticking from the fuel injectors which is normal. if you can hear it in the car with the windows up, that isn't it, but if you only hear it with the hood up, it's probably the injectors.
