cop: What kind of car is this? Subaru?
me: It's a Mazdaspeed.
cop: Subaru doesn't make a model called Mazdaspeed.
me: Yes, Sir.. Well, it's a Mazda.
cop: Sir, I'm only giving you a warning. I don't appreciate that. This could easily be changed in to a ticket.
me: Yes, Sir. It's a Mazdaspeed Protege.
cop: Oh, it's a Protege. Why didn't you just say that? Okay. What year is it?
me: 2003
