all it should say is "Lube, oil and filter"
if the customer is specifically requesting something, then it can say "Customer requests oil change with 5W30"
I'll say it again... it is the tech's responsibility to put the right parts in! oil is charged out as a "part", so its his dumbass's fault if he puts 5W20 in an engine that calls for 5W30... he's supposed to know... if he doesn't know, then he needs to RTM instead of ASSuming.. it's his ******* job!
