The ADVANCE Performance Chip Module works by altering the air/fuel ratio in the ECU. Expect 5-20 horsepower. The car is designed to regulate the amount of fuel used during different air temperatures. It is known that under cooler conditions the car combusts more fuel. When the engine heats up, certain vital censors can relay incorrect information to the ECU.
