Tokico Warranty

Anybody have any experience with their warranty service?
If so..how does it work? Any problems? Are they bitches about it like Mazda is?

I have the 5 ways. Lifetime warranty is stated but just wondering how their warranty service is like.

I have talked to them about warranty work but... we weren't too happy about it. Had to send Struts to them so they could check them out to verify they were covered. Believe my wife had to write a check for shipping there and back to us. It would have been easier just to buy repalcements.

Hopefully your luck is better than ours.

They also specify you send a copy of your receipt for service work

what if i installed the struts myself, because there is no service reciept.

I meant the receipt for purchasing the struts. But you never know if they'll try to say you installed it yourself so no warranty etc.

How do they expect you to install them? Take your car to an 'Authorized Tokico Service Center,' or what? Lol.

i guess i will send them in regardless, I got the sales reciept anyways, so i hope i will be covered.
it says it is warranted when they become worn out, so its like free struts for life, for as long as i own this vehicle.
