Tokico blues and mazdaspeed springs?

I was wondering how much of a drop the msp suspension will give my 99 protege, and if my stock sway bar will work untill I upgrade to racing beat sways? Is $260 a good price for used msp springs/shocks?

The msp suspension will lower the car by .75-.875 inches. I just put on a set of used MSP struts with 35K miles and new RB springs on my 2002 ES. Cost for struts/springs was $230 after shipping. I also installed the RB rear sway with longer MSP endlinks.

Been running MSP springs w/Blues for more than 100K. Very nice combo if you don't want a harsh ride with some excellent handling.
