TMIC rubber gaskets question

Hey guys I was taking pics of my SU TMIC and i remembered that when i put the new aftermarket intercooler on the rubber washer type things didn't fit.

In other words the stock TMIC has these rubber washers that go on the 3 bolting points. The aftermarket TMIC has different (smaller) mounts so they rubber things won't fit.

Right now I don't have the rubber washers in place and I was wondering if this causes any problems.

Thanks for any help and if my description is too vague I can try explaining it in other words.

if i remember correctly the rubber bushings are there to cancel out the engine vibrations....you should be fine w/o them
