Glad you all liked the pics...I wasn't able to get to the spot I actually wanted to shoot from in time because I was stuck in rush hour traffic, but the waterfront in Perth Amboy, NJ worked out pretty well

Thank you for the compliments on the tails...people either love them or hate them, and it seems that there's a lot more love than hate I can't stand the chrome taillights but love the circular lights...so these were perfect, and match the car GREAT.

jcvmp5 - if you ever head out here again hit me up.....there's so many Mazda enthusiasts concentrated around the NJ area.

If any local member wants me to photograph their cars, let me know, and we could meet up sometime. It's all digital so it doesn't cost me anything.

BTW those pics weren't even after a full detail..all I did was wash the car with the Mr. Clean auto-dry thing...as you can see it works great

Haven't waxed the car since December in that one crazy warm spell we had...once it gets warmer out it's time to bust out the claybar polish & wax

First off, great pictures.

Secondly.. I'm just not liking the tails on the MSP. It reminds me too much of just any other car on the road these days. I think the euro tails are too played out.. just my opinion.


Take no offense of course, but I'd stick with stock tails anyday.

sorry about the thread jack man. i thought this was the "titanium photo gallery post for some stupid reason" but nice car anyways man. im not a fan of altezzas, but like you said, you like them and thats what matters.

That's cool. I appreciate you not going off and saying 'altezzas r ghey' like most other people do. Hey, the important thing is that 'I' like the way they look.

And I agree yes, the euro tails are somewhat played out, but everyone has the chrome ones...so these are a bit different.

Like I said.....people that see my car either love or hate the tails...not much of a middle ground.

I love the tails,I just wish they didn't put the refective red sides on them and made them all carbon fiber.... Corksport is fixing to offer a tail that you can paint the same color. That would look sweet.... Great car though MJG

The reflective red side is there so it's DOT approved and legal for on-road use. Yes it's annoying, but it honestly looks worse in pictures than in real life.
