I can't say yes due to my experience. The problem is in the back. Take the car to a friend's shop, or work VERY CAREFULLY with some jacks and jack-stands and jack up under one of the rear wheels (did I say CAREFULLY, with E-Brake fully engaged). Note that bump behind the rear tires in the inner fender-well? I tried +2s and they rubbed there. I got 185/55-15s and they clear but not by much.
