Hi guys,
So I have a question. I have a Mazda6 66 plate year of build 2017 2.0L SkyActiv petrol engine and I have had it remapped and got a different air filter in it.
But there is more I want to do to eek out some more power, and I have seen people do throttle body replacements on them, where they get a throttle body from a 2.5L engine and put it on a 2 L engine say.
They claim that with the extra air flow going in you can get a increase BHP and one reported better pull low end as well better fuel economy and overall better smooth running.
Has anyone had any experience with this? Is it worth doing. And what part would I need.
Any help with this and feed back would greatly be appreciated. Thanks for taking the time to read
