Thinking about New car

Alright boys, mouse380 i know your gonna rag on me here but... need some advice.

i have been thinking about getting a new speed3, but the price and payments have really kept me away from them. i also don't want to have to uninstall my stereo and make the old factory one work, just so i can install the stereo in the new car. on top of all this everyone is telling me to trade mine in for a new one, but i love my car...

any thoughts here? should i do it, or not?

Well first off can you afford a Car note? and also the added insurance for one.

Why not buy a used one? Will be alot cheaper.

at this time the dealer has dropped the price of the 2010 becuase the 11's are in, i got him at 20k even right now, trying to get him to 19k if i can, thats a steal

I should have my friends MS3 here at the end of the week. He wants me to sell it for him while he is deployed. Only thing wrong with it is a deer hit him last week so its in the shop right now. Only has 27k on it and I can't remember if its a 07 or 08.

hmmmmm possibly might have to take a look at it, im in the works of selling my car right now, i spent nearly 4 hours to remove my system that took a good full week to install and i got it back to factory, im asking 12 for it but i think that might be to much, but i dont know. what color is the car? and how bad is the damage do you know?

The car is red. It's a 08 GT without the Nav. I think it did about 4k worth of damage. No frame damage all cosmetic. He wants payoff for the car so when he gets back he can get a 370z. He had a FC Turbo 2 that was highly modded before the MS3 and wants another sports car.

are you getting the speed 3 brand new? You should definantly do it, you can't resist the smile on the face of that car.

Dont do it if you are getting out of the Navy! If you arent, then go for it. Put your car towards a down payment or something. Get him down as low as you can without telling him about your trade in. Then tell him about your trade in. Ask for $500 more than they offer. Then finance through Navy Fed. Works everytime.

yea thinking about the a 2010 speed3, i have been talking to the dealer on and off since January and this is the first time that i have been able to get the payments to where i want them, but they cant find one in silver... i got cavalier mazda to give me the car for 23k out the door as long as they can find one for a decent price to where they aren't going to loose any money on it... i have a guy that is interested in my car for 12k, he's waiting to hear back from the bank weather or not he got approved for the loan. as long as my payments are below 400 im down for it weather i get out or stay in but at the same time i'm starting to think that its not going to work this time around again because if i dont sell my car out right i cant get the new one which blows fat balls. but we will see what happens, if worst comes to worst i might just have to get a used 1st gen or something, maybe i'll get lucky and find a repo'd 10 but i dont know. still in the works.

Did you get my email. I fixed up those Racing Hart wheels and got em powder coated. Should have them mounted and on the car next weekend.
