ok so the super ice install has gone extremely slow because i keep changing my damn mind.
i put the new deck in
JVC KD-LH3100 CD/MP3
and so far im very happy with it.. the sub preouts are awesome and make a world of difference. i made some little movies to put on it and they are pretty cool to watch when your sitting in a drvie thru or something.. only thing it.. with that and my navigation my car looks like a ******* spaceship at night now.
tha audiobahn alum12qs have been eliminated and i am going with diamond audio m6 10s... errr.. 10 until i get some more money. -=)
im also looking into some components for the front doors.. any recomendations?

Wow, Diamond. It sounds like the Starship P5 is gonna be bumping!

Personally, I'd stick with Diamond Audio. Rawny has hex components, and they sound awesome.

the diamond audio 10 just got here today.. man this thing looks sweet.. im tryin to get ahold of pirana (who is an AWESOME SELLER by the way) to grab one more before they are gone..

anyone have any experience with building boxes for these things? im looking for ideas because i dont think i want to do the flat mount in the back anymore. id hate for my beautiful cones to get damaged. -=)

ok. just incase anyone cares.. in a sealed box the diamond audio m6 10s take .5 cubic feet each.. im thinkin i can get 3 of them in the back of the silver sled.. hMmm.. wonder where i can get 2 more from? -=)

Yeah...the BAs are a little too rich for my tastes. I'd settle fr the Pros if I could get a discount...of course if you work at a vendor and get a discount on the Zs (to 500$!!!) and then go on the tour with BA you can get get them for 250$ instead!!!

congrats, i know this if off topic. i knew you were trying to sell the mp3t to get like a rx8 or mazda6. since you have a p5, have you done any testing for resonant freq?

I still have the MP3 around and in the proecess of preparning it to sell. I haven't done any Resonant testing.

Also...pfizz, have you heard all the comps that you're looking at? The only comps that I've heard are the BA, and JL sets. I'm looking at brands like CDT, eD (when/if they come out), Memphis, Diamond, MB Quart, Crystal, ID, Oz Audio, Phoenix Gold, Infinity, and Eclipse. I have no idea where to hear how most of these things sound, though. Does anyone know how I can hear some of these? (especially stuff like ID, Crystal, CDT, and Memphis)

im going with the diamond ones.. i have a friend that has them in his integra.. and another member on here (natey) said they sound simply amazing.. so that is what i am going with. -=)
