There was an AWD P5 in Japan. How hard would it be to obtain the drivetrain?

The familia S wagon was jdm only and came with the 170hp fsze and a full time awd system. Just wondering how rare these are. Just thinking if I had the money.

There are a handful here in NZ, most are the tiptronic/auto but some are manual. Rare enough but not particularly expensive, here's an auto BJ1 for sale:

The floorpan and rear suspension is very different and they are a lot heavier, plus I believe it's a 80/20 split system rather than 50/50 front and rear.

this is super cool! I wonder what engine it had in it. I would like to know what AWD tech it came with also. If it is something like Quattro or Subaru might be worth it, if not I would not even consider.

i have learned that it came with a 5 speed manual and had full time 4wd with a center diff clutch. im pretty sure the floor pan is different

Somewhere I have a YouTube video bookmarked of a non USDM market P5 (Astina?, SP20?) doing legit AWD donuts in the snow. It's a great video.
