i know, The spacers im looking at are 300 bucks! ah! i can make it work though! enough said! post more pics guys!

evade passes cuz hes on 18's tucking tire

If i where to give my vote for JM1, it would be because he is on 16's, although he is BARELY tucking tire. looks awesome no doubt

Tucking tire does not mean slammed, since you could just get a giant sidewall tire and tuck it and be 4x4 status lol.

Protege5 stock tire size is 195/50/16, which has a 23.7" diameter, while a 205/40/18 has a 24.5" diameter, almost a full inch taller. So figure 1/2" longer radius and Efren can lower his car 1/2" less than a P5 on stock tires and tuck.

JM1's 215/40/16 (which I wish they still made in an S-Drive so I could run them) have a 22.8" diameter, almost a full inch shorter than stock tire, and almost 2 inches shorter than Efren's 205/40/18. Efren just looks as low as JM1 since he has the super baller MintBlue kit.

I have the utmost respect for Efren, and his car is sexy as hell, but EVADE does not get my vote for slammed.

JM1 definitely get's my vote

Sorry for the essay. I guess I'll be the more analytically/technical slammed judge =P

I just got internet back after moving into my new place. Damn the driveway here is NUTS. I will need to make a video of it at some point LOL.

My future slammed plans before I show at WEKFEST (http://www.wekfest.com/)
Get Volks back from rebuild (www.wheelflip.com) - 17x8.5 +30 with 215/40/17 tires
Add 1/2" preload to coilovers
Lower maybe 1/4" more
Align car with -2.5/-3* front, and eibach rear camber bolts to get to maybe -3/-4*

evade is added to the list. i understand 18's cant go as low as 16's but circuit your 17's cant go as low as 16's, does that mean you arent slammed? cause you can go lower on different wheels? he is as low as thing will go on the wheels he has... i call it slammed. please pm if you disagree.. i dont want to argue in the thread

also i fully agree that jm is slammed looking, but would your car push a second 2x4 off with your front bumper? he said his didnt which puts at least the front at above 3" so i want to see a can/key/cell pic to show better

Friendly PM sent. No need for argument :)

my eyes have been opened haha.

the ride height rule is going to change, for the better.
as we all have said each model starts out at a different ride height and can drop a certain amount(without lots of modification).
so why put every model under the same criteria??
the new ride height judgement will be hon how much lower it sits from stock.
but of course style still comes into play
also wheel size will be added into the equation cause of course 16's can go lower than 18's but that doesnt mean 18's cant be slammed and as before if you got a number you are keeping it

thank you circuit!

think ill give up and crack down to get coils lol which yall reccomend?

Ksport. they are great for me, and they are very adjustable, from the preload, to dampening, ride height (the proper way) and height of the endlink tab.
