I cannot do it without the logo, as it will then be competing with Mazda's Brand M Merchandise. If you want it without the MOCO logo, you will have to wait for the release of Mazda's Brand M Clothing Merchandise. part of our agreement is not to become a competitor, sorry about that...its that licensing agreement thing, where we won't compete, notr can we profit from using their logos.

I personally wouldnt, its a cool idea but if im gonna go thrash on a car its gonna be my own. i wouldnt want to break someone elses car. Plus from a liability standpoint, that would be a PITA to set everything up to cover your ass

True. Plus it might be hard to determine fault if something were to break. What's considered normal wear & tear and what's the renter's fault?

Essentially the world is coming to an end!!! Basically it is an arrive and drive program that Pablo is looking to set up. As Levi put you have to have liability insurance to make yourself whole in case of injury or damage to personal and private property..........I advised him to talk to Tom Cabral about the liability issues from a legal standpoint. It iwll be a huge understaking, especially since the insurance is going to be huge and he could lose everything and more if something happens and he does not have adequate protection.
