Also, this car has A LOT more than 15k in it. And a new fully built engine.
I know but there is no way I want another loan. Now that I have accepted that I won't have a car payment I am kind of looking fw to it
No automotive debt is very nice. Now if I could only polish off my student loans, I'd be very happy. I can deal with a mortgage payment for the time being.
and there are ways to easily knock time off that as well hahah. one great tip my dad gave me was always round up to 50s or 100s with the mortgage and put the extra on the principal. aka if your mortgage is 560, send 600 every month, if its 720 send 750 or 800 if you can every month. easier for budgeting purposes with round numbers
PLUS just that little bit can knock off several years in the long run haha
if my math is correct, just rounding mine up 50 bucks a month will lead to knocking off about 5-6 years on the length of the mortgage haha
My new years resolution was to pay off my CC and Student loans this year great thing if i can accomplish that. my student loans will have been paid off 3 years early haha Ive got 4 more payments on the 3 at which point i wont have a car payment haha WOOOO!!

This year first things first, pay off the little bit of credit cards, and work on student debt. After student debt is polished, then we attack the house hard. Right now the interest rate on the house is so low, I don't exactly care if I have it for 30 years

I round mine up .61! big spendin! Only 352 more payments for me.
I do the same thing.
That 6 looks pretty good. Make sure you can see the CarFax report and check all over for rust/accident repairs.

Pay your mortgage on a bi-weekly basis as opposed to monthly. The biggest part of a mortgage is the interest. You are already 30 days in arrears.

So pay half with your first paycheck and half with your second? Or make two full payments every month?

Pay 1/2 of of your mortgage with the 1st check and the 2nd half with the next check.
