I know some of you guys have had TWM shift knobs, any trick to installing them? I got a short shifter for this, and a M1 Abrams shift knob, but all they included in the box was, shifter install instructions.

There is a little baggie with 3 threaded adapters and whatnot, and a long, thin, flat, tool of some sort.

D shaped nut goes on first and determines the height of the shift knob. The silver insert gets screwed onto the shifter until it comes in contact with the D shaped nut. Then the shift knob goes on.

I was incredibly annoyed by the whole process because I could never get the shift pattern on the top perfectly straight. And that really bothered me, but I loved the weight and feel when it wasn't -100 or 1000 degrees haha.

I've never seen a 6 that color blue. I really like that!

Yes, kim still has the island, saw her a few months ago when one her HID's when bad. She & her fiancee bought a house in elyria. She bought her car off her lease, so she bought it twice, lol

Lapis>Island was a 'battle' that we had going on over on Cleveland6Club.com years ago. She would get so upset when someone would say lapis blue was better than island blue.

I'm going to change my oil and raise my rear end up about 1/4" to see if I stop rubbing in the rear with the new wheels. Other than that, I'll be studying my ass off for finals next week

I used to have a 2003 Mazda 6s (5spd) and it was Redfire Metallic. I don't see too many of those around.

Not too long ago she posted up on fb asking her "mazda friends" for help in finding a good price on a CX-5. I'm like "what Mazda friends?" ... after she hooked up with her fiance, she pretty much dis'd us! Jason Saini (CJ Wilson Racing) said he'd help her out, so not sure if she'll be getting one from his dealership in IL. We'll probably be getting our next car from him. It's all in who you know ; ) and usually as long as you know Marlon, you're good to go!! : )

Who is everyone? It looked to me like we were the only ones going. Are there others?? We are leaving friday evening after work and staying somewhere in PA overnight. I was looking at hotels just south of Wilkes Barre, then Saturday morning from there it's less than 2 hours. Saturday night we are staying in NJ. Going to visit with my Aunt on Sunday morning before we head back.

Really? I figured there would be more attendance from Ohio. I was thinking of crashing after work for a few hours and driving all night. I have a meet up planned with 6Crew at the mall right there at 8:30am. Also, Saturday night I am crashing at a buddy's house in NJ. I was hoping there would be a group to convoy with, but I guess not.
