The Ohio Random Thread... aka We Should Probably Be Working

I'm so bloody bored but I don't want to post ***** up this thread.

So what's everyone got planned for the weekend?

Did you miss a word in there or something?

I'm doing the Tough Mudder on Saturday.

Saturday, the QSL Meet, Sunday changing tires on the both 6's and nothing after that!!!!

Probably yard/housework mostly. I've finished the transmission so I need to take a break from the RX-7 for a while.

Yeah I signed up a long long time ago and it was still $150 by the time they tack on the crappy fees. Way too expensive but it's fun and it gives me motivation to workout.

You have to pay $150-$200 to get your ass kicked? Good lord, that's like high school all over again... No thanks.

Jon, did you get the trans shifting smoothly again?

Chris, are you going to use a GoPro or anything? Take pics, yO! I bet that track will be sweet.

Fixing some stuff on the house, sealing the finished fence in the backyard, and some yard maintenance for Friday. Hope I can get all done so the wifey and I can just relax Sunday.

Going to Cinci to pick up an Axis Power Racing seat for the miata, making a few stops on the way in Wooster to get ammo and Mansfield to drop off a head unit lol.

Anyone else need anything dropped off or picked up in between here and KY?!

Haha!

I know some of you guys have had TWM shift knobs, any trick to installing them? I got a short shifter for this, and a M1 Abrams shift knob, but all they included in the box was, shifter install instructions.

There is a little baggie with 3 threaded adapters and whatnot, and a long, thin, flat, tool of some sort.

Noticed you're in Amherst, I'm in Oberlin. Haven't seen you're waggon around, have you seen my Lapis Blue 6 with Magnaflows? We're usually in the wendy's, giant eagle area.

Or my 7 with 'similar' to your wheels:

I've seen you on the forums for weeks now, I was wondering if I'd see you around too!

I'm just south of that new(er) Target Plaza on Oak Point Rd., but I work in Oberlin, at the FAA Air Route Traffic Control Center across from the IGA on 511.

I know several ATC's, Dan H (drives a fusion, had a speed6) & a guy named 'z' who's a soccer nut & another guy who's named James May of all names, lmao.

I'm a local cable guy & have been in the FAA building before. I ran the cable to your cafeteria & the 'smoke shack'. You'll usually see me driving a van with a boom on it. I'm not too technically inclined, but i wouldn't mind helping ya wrench on the 'ol 6 & shootin the s***

Does his Fusion have any mods on it that makes it stand out? I'd keep an eye out for it in the parking lot, lots of nice rides in there!

I don't have too much else planned for the Wagon in the near future, just the short shifter install this Saturday afternoon. There are a few of us 247'ers up here now though, we'll definitely get a little gathering going sooner than later! What are your guys' schedules like?

In the mean time, I'll definitely flag you guys down if I see you out and about!

It's a silver titanium aston fusion. Unless he got new plates, his license plate reads buckeye 6. Stock as far as a know.

Yeah, post up when the festivities start. Saturday is the meet in Austintown, but i'm going to Columbus the next day for another annual car meet. Saturday is open for me, i 'may' plasti dip my emblems in the back, but have no real plans.
