The Ohio Random Thread... aka We Should Probably Be Working

Thinking about swtiching the orange to black on the brakes and lug nuts next spring. I think overall it will give the car a better flow and make things seem more sublte.

I approve of this decision. If you got silver RPF1's it would be even more perfecter. Oh, and repaint it red :)

<- Had black calipers and lugnuts and RPF1's on 2/4 Mazdas owned (3 of them red)

Are you still going to the Menchie's in Fairlawn or whatever?

:D

Love RPF1's but went cheaper with these (half the price)

What do you know about that Miata? I looked at it a couple of months ago. Obviously saw that it had some major repairs done and passed on it. I didn't even start it up.

Oh yea, I saw you driving down main street yesterday when I was driving home from work (in my black Protege).

It was in our shop last week to get the bumper, and for some reason, the hood repainted. The hood has so many dents all over it, it's not even funny. The "damage" was supposedly from whatever hit the bumper hitting the front of the hood too, but it was CLEARLY dents from people slamming the hood shut with the palms of their hands. So now, he's got a shiny hood that's straight between the headlight buckets, but full of dents from there back.

Overall, the car was just beat down. The crappiest Maaco paintjob you've seen on the whole car, it's got a salvage title, and I saw the shotty repairs that were done to it, wires hanging all over the place, the fan was zip tied in place behind the radiator, the intercooler was zip tied in place, very poorly as it moved a few inches when you grabbed and shook it back and forth, also hung way down and it wouldn't be long before it got ripped off by a parking block or steep driveway, windows didn't line up with the top anymore, I could only imagine the amount of water that leaked inside the car, "roll bar" was barely installed, more like just sitting there, it just goes on and on.......lol
