I haven't done an oil change in about a year, but WTH when did oil about double in price? Sucks...
Looking to sell a few big ticket items. Would like to start a miata fund. If you know anyone who would be interested, please let me know!
1. Yamaha XS650 Special II that doesn't have a title. Make a chopper/bobber/cafe racer out of it by combining it with a titled frame... Has either an electrical problem or bad stator/alternator, since the brand new battery does not hold a charge. New tires and brakes. Runs 100% perfect when charged. $300?
2. AMC 401cu. engine (360 bored over) out of a 1974 AMC Javelin AMX. Rusted, but can be cleaned and rebuilt with new rods/pistons. Transmission not included.

I just wanted to let the Mazda cats know that I am ready to part with these things...Although the engine is sad, because growing up hearing about my dad's AMX is what has shaped me into being the car person I am today. It is the last part he has from that car (he swapped in a v6 before selling the car). But he told me that if I can sell it, to take the money and put it into my car or a Miata...

Chip reminded me of something.... I am trying to sell some gaming systems to help offset a cost of repairing the MS6.... I have a PS3 (60GB that plays PS2 games) and a Wii for sale. I have very little body roll Adam. lol. I love the funny smack talk about racing when it is like 6 months away. You're forgetting I have a real job and you have to rely on mommy and daddy or do some "afro engineering"

Next time you come home you should take a ride with me around the portage river road area. Evan went with me the one time over by his house and we was flying around the block pretty good waking up his neighbors at night. "Safely" going a number 17 times the number 5. I'm pretty sure the speed limit in that area is 100 mph so we was way under that. Good times for a car that somehow only has 157 hp and 168 tq.

That ride was fun as hell, Corey. I love boosted cars. I doubt I will boost mine simply because I don't know how it all works and like the simplicity of N/A but dame when the turbo spools... look out!
