In all fairness, I think it looks rougher because you can see the tack welds, and I was stitching the rest together. You can't just drag from one side to the other, the metal will warp like a mofo. See, I learned stuff.

mine was $180 new, from ebay. I was hesitant to buy it but Bernie (not a member) said he didn't have any issues, gave it a shot even though it says it's for the hatchback only and I love it, a little loud but I don't care LOL

I've had the protege for 124k miles and 7.5 yrs (brand new) and I've only had 5 people drive the car besides me. I wonder what the ole thing sounds like after all those years...I might have to hand over the keys one day to hear it.

Lol you're not driving my car. I've revved mine up to 7k a few times, but it sounds like the valves are floating above 6500. It's like a very unhappy vtec sound..

well now we know. we forgot to do it on Kevin's, and Evan is hesitant before his swap
i found the rev limiter on the test drive. sounded like gran turismo at the starting line. The salesman wasn't impressed.
Love Corksport, My exhaust took me, Chris & Jasen maybe 30 minutes to install (which is good for us), getting the stock one out is a different story. Fit perfect. I've got shifter bushings, brake lines, and i think a couple other things from them

But thanks to the lack of power, you're drag limited around 130.
Oh... and the rev limiter on the FS-DE is boring to go up against. I've done it a few times on my car while auto-x. The limiter on the MSM is at 7750 and sounds like gun shots going off.

it's not from a Speed3, Bernie told me it was BBP but when I looked for it I didn't find it... I found another random brand that looked the same as Bernie's. I tried to find it again but couldn't. I have their email, don't know if you want that
