Sho, I still need to get a crash course in tuning from you one of these days. When I get the balls to do some 4th gear logging, of course.

I can help with telling you what should be logged and what to look for on the spreadsheet once you put the log on your computer...everything else i leave up to the pros lol.
 
ATR looks really intimidating but its not bad. I read Abilor's Tuning Guide and it helped A LOT. I have it on my computer if anyone wants it emailed to them
 
The MS6 is only 300lbs heavier than the MS3...

That's a lot of weight. Last time I checked, stock Lambos with <100lbs for crap removed cost $XXXX more. hahaha.
In reality though, add 2 of me in the back of your car and see if there is a difference - I'll bet there will be.
 
I've got it printed and sitting in the MS6. I made it to the 4th gear pulls/logging page. After I get the logs I'll continue reading.
 
Fez, any word on when your car will be back on the road? I think you said August? I know I asked you before but my memory is pretty terrible at my old age...

And Marlon, any word on Spicy?

Correct. Ive been reading the guide and its very helpful. Still only comfortable enough to raise my idle to get rid of an exhaust rattle and disabling P401 and p403 CEL for my egr being unplugged.

Ive been trying to compare one of the ots maps to a tweaked one jake sent me so boost doesnt nosedive after 5500rpm...but i still dont feel comfortable to mess with it like that on my own
 
Cobbs s2 map is fine with my stock tip. No issues...although im getting one anyways just because of how flimsy the stock piece is. Logs are on the fb page along with a virtual dyno plot.

And like Will said, whoever started the stage thing needs hurt. But i guess its a way to not have to ramble off your entire mod list when someone asks in person lol

The "stages" are so vague anyways, you really don't know for sure what someone has unless you list everything anyways. Plus, what enthusiast doesn't like listing all their mods to someone. :D

I forgot the sarcasm font. :) Porsche did the same thing with the Boxster Spyder. They removed a bunch of stuff (door handles, radios, etc) and then they charge you money to put it back on if you actually wanted it.

That way I can come right to you folks when I get stumped by something on my standalone. Mwahahahahaha

Yay for fast ... boo for non-mazda ... but honestly, I don't really care what anyone drives once they grow out of their mazdas ... we're all still family for life!! : )

lulz!! Well, I guess I have nothing to worry about as I'm stuck with this thing 4eva!!!

But my next 'fast' car won't be a mazda either. I'll be getting something stock fast so I can DD it and not worry about it.
 
My next car is dependent on whatever the ND Miata is and the next generation RX-whatever.

I already got my "fast" non-Mazda haha.
 
Both of my Mazdas are and will always be slow. I already have my "fast" non-Mazda too. Sad thing is it weights over 4500 lbs and would put 95% of the MSP's on this forum to shame. Don't ask it to corner though.
