How are you liking the T1R's? I have some 225/50R16's on the RX-7 and I was surprised at how "round" the sidewalls were for a UHP tire. It seems like this lends to excess sidewall flex, but I won't know for sure until next weekend.

EDIT: I need some new pictures of my car. I have the rear suspension all the way up (seriously, there's less than 1/4" engagement) and the top of the tire is about even with the fender.

I'll let you know after the autocross on Sunday. I had a set on my Speed6 and felt they were good tires for that car. I have read some opinions of them on Miatas that were less than favorable, but I have very broad requirements for what I expect from my tires. I'm not to the point yet where I want or need some awesome tires strictly for auto sports.

I think those are '99-'01 JDM RX-7 wheels. (17s as opposed to the 16s we got here, and staggered)

They're the JDM version of the FD rims. Same size and weight as the american FD's, 16x8, +50 and 16 lbs. I like the look better than the american FD's.

eicuts are the lowest available. not to be confused with eibachs
