More power to you, man. I tried doing the Slimfast thing, but I just couldn't stand not eating regular food. I still lost a lot of weight, I just had to eat better - I love eating, and love all types of food, so that didn't really help me

but loving all types of food helped me cut away most of the bad and try to have more of the good.

, that's awesome. Are you ever going off of them or is the Slimfast thing supposed to be permanent (I have no clue what they recommend)?
Oh yeah, lunch was same as yesterday's, with a couple extras

-lots of baby carrots
-toast
-pita bread with Babaganoush, taboule, harvati cheese, ham, lettuce
-3 eggs (no yolks, family already has a history of high cholesterol)
-banana
