The Lomo effect

The word LOMO is often used to refer to the Lomo LC-A and other LOMO branded consumer cameras; while the cameras have a large following around the world, the cameras themselves are a minor product for LOMO PLC.

Here are some examples of applying many techniques that duplicate the effect of a Lomo camera.

I've actually been recently reading up on simulating the lomo effect, and your first pic there is exactly what I had in mind to strive for. Great shot, great 'shop...

Thx. Camera is a simple point and shot 4 year old Konica Minolta DiMage A200. Some day I'll have a DSLR, but don't really need one.
