The age and previous cars thread

OK, nice title huh?
As I've been a member on here for a couple of months now, I've started to think about the ages of others on here. I think that there was a thread that referred to--"the old guys, you know 40's-50 year olds", (it wasn't that exact line, but close enough), SO I thought..."s***, I'm 39, I've had a range of cars since I could drive, what do they know?" Including:

--1988 Mazda B2200--lowered, on 15 x 8.5's (biggest wheels at that time), ground effects, etc. (My favorite truck of all time)
--Various fox-bodies (Mustang GT's)
--SUV's-including an Explorer--joined the Explorer forum, seemed like 1 thread was dedicated to readers' rides, and the other 23 were instructions on how to fix it to keep it running--no joke

I think you get my point...I'm just wondering if I am the old guy on here--a lot of you appear to have a lot of life experience (you're old ), but I'm just not sure...Maybe we should start an old guy thread...

Point is, even us old farts like kick-ass cars...my speed6 has been a lot of fun so far, and even though the speed6 has its issues--I can't think of a car that doesn't--I really appreciate the knowledge and advice that many of you give on a daily basis: Blendercloud, tunersteve, drizz-oh, boostedspd6, super shredder, there are a whole bunch of others...those are just the names that I have on the top of my head. So anyway, how fu***** old are you?!?!?!?!!?

1989 240sx with sr20 conversion
2004 lancer ralliart
1993 dodge stealth rt tt - something was always going wrong with it
2007 mazdaspeed 3 - wrote it off went back to the stealth
2006 mazdaspeed 6 - best car out of them all

I'm 27.

heres my rundown:

1995 Dodge Intrepid ES 3.5L v6 - bought off my dad, basically ripped him off
2001 Mazda Protege ES - bought after the Intrepid almost left me stranded 700 miles from home when it wouldn't shift into Drive....
2003 Hyundai Elantra GT - (wife's car, but I helped pay for it) she needed a cheap car, and this was it. had tons of features, 100k warranty and was less than my protege.

current:
2006 speed 6 - wanted something faster and more grown-up than the protege
2008 CX-7 - had a baby in the works and wanted something a little bigger and more verastile than the elantra

From 2007-2008, I've owned a 1991 Dodge Stealth. I crashed it into a back of a USPS semi-truck.

Few months after that, bought my '06 Speed6. Hope to have this through my term in the Air Force then get an EvoX.

1995 Nissan 240sx with a blacktop SR20DET swap+full bolt on's and upgraded turbo, Tein suspension, etc. (stolen (cryhard) )

2000 BMW 323ci (sold)
2006 Mazdaspeed 6 GT (present)

After having owned a BMW (albeit a bargain basement model) I will own one again. I have loved all of my cars, but the BMW was extremely enjoyable. I had the opportunity to drive an E46 M3 around for a few weeks several years ago, and all I can say is wow.

JEALOUS! I'm always creepin' around www.s14.net. It's one of the larger E30M sites that I've come across.

I was having fuel injection problems and needed a stable car when I was stationed out in California (I didn't have a garage). That's when I traded the M3 on the 330i. It was a sad day.

1986 Chevy Nova CL ~ Hand-me-down from my grandmother. Slower than grim death, but a great little car.
1993 Ford Taurus SHO ~ God, I loved this thing. The PO didn't take care of it, though, so it turned into a money pit. I still check eBay every now and then for a cheap one in my area.
2006 Scion tC ~ Bought it brand new. Great car with lots of room and some nice pep. I sold it because I was tired of making payments...
1997 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo ~ Great truck, especially in Maine. Sold it to a "friend" who promised to make payments. I haven't seen her in months and she hasn't paid me a dime.

2006 Mazdaspeed6 ~ My DD, and I do a LOT of D-ing. I've racked up 40,000 miles in the year I've owned it.
1983 Mazda Rx7 GSL ~ Summer fun car. It only has 68k on the odometer, and still drives great. Going back in storage in a couple weeks.

no its gotta go through claims court....he sold it to her on an agreement that she would make payments...its not stolen technically cause he sold it to her which would of put the title in her name and such
