The 6 / MS6 Picture ONLY Thread (NO DISCUSSION!)

I'll see if I can get some pictures up sometime over the next week or so.... I'll also have to check inner suspension clearance as well while I'm at it to make sure wider will fit.

8.5" wheels are not a problem on this car, especially if you don't mind rolling the fenders (some people are picky about this issue) and/or if you have a reasonable ride height/spring stiffness.

I rolled my GF's on her 6 hatch..... I wouldn't mind rolling my speed6 as long as it allows me wider wheels and tires. I'd love to stick some 245s on it.

My springs right now I have the Megans Racing and it's dropped the car like 2 inchs from factory height. That might be too much for the car at the moment. I'd have to wait til i get the money to get the coilovers installed and that would probably help.

Less talking more photos.

I love Lotus Esprits, especially the V8 models from 2001 to 2004, that's when they changed the tail lights from square to round. I really wanna get one if I ever get enough money. That is my dream car over any other car. (except a McLaren F1)

Hey Talbot I don't know, that's why I'm asking, they are just halo rings, like the BMW lights, but they don't really seem like a good projector bulb, so I'm asking how people like the visibility. I mean from an "industry standard" point of view lights are supposed to enable like 200 feet (can't remember exactly) visibility and high beams supposed to be like 500 feet.

Ahh, sorry, I misunderstood what you were asking.

Yeah someone said they suck at projecting but look cool, so i'm thinking:

OK.... they must wire up and turn on your to your "parking" lights? Does that mean the low beam still projects light when you drive? (like the BMW)

or do I need to install some "driving" lights in the bumper where the fog lights are?

Bought the car on the 25th of June. Bone stock, from the dealer, all history on the car, and it was a lease car from Miami....This past week it's received sportlines, tint, muffler delete, and a few small things here and there. Wheels next week, bov, tmic upgrade, cai week after. This is my new DD, and I plan on keeping it mild. Love the car, I've had Rx7s for the past 9 yrs, and wanted one of these the day they shipped over. Love it....

The more I see the MS6, the more I think I'd prefer one over an MS3. I know the 3 is the more dynamically satisfying and fun car, but the 6 just does something for me that the 3 doesn't. Beautiful car man. Even stock.

Time for a classic.

It's bone stock, except i tinted the rear windows (stupid NJ laws) to 5% and i have 7000k headlight bulbs. I am also in the process of replacing all the interior lights with LEDs. Borderline rice, i know. But it will look nice when i'm done.

Classic. lol. All these new gen 6's put mine to shame.

Sounds awesome bro, you're gonna love the car..... if you can afford it I would look into the FMIC over the TMIC upgrade. There are 2 currenty available...... one from CP-E and one from Corksport...... the only difference is corksport gets ride of the stock air filter position and turns the top mount housing into an air filter.

My 6S

2004 6S with: wheels, exhaust, gutted airbox, smoked led tails, atenza badging, nokya 2500 fogs and osram low/high bulbs. Will be painting the headlights tomorrow to look the same as '06 and on models.
