Went to the Dodge dealership today to test drive an SRT-4. Nice car, but way too soft suspension, kinda ugly, and the brakes suck compared even to my LX's front disc/rear drum setup.
but the funny part is Dodge is gonna sell 4 different trim levels of the Neon for the 05 model year.
Neon SE, Neon SXT, Neon SRT-4 and (get this) Neon SRT-Design.
it's basically a Neon SXT with the SRT hood scoop (rendered non-functional by filling in the hole with a graphic), rear SRT spoiler, and 15 inch chrome wheels. It has the stock 2.0l engine, 5 speed, no turbo, no suspension mods and the front disc/rear drum brake setup. I'd scan the brochure if my scanner works..
If I get a request, i'll take a shot of the brochure pictures with my digital and post them.
I find this funny cuz most people like the SRT-4 performance but hate the looks. Dodge is releasing a car that looks like the SRT-4 WITHOUT the performance.
(bang) :wtf: (yupnope)
