Thanks Mazda!

Maybe I should complain about not getting my touch up paint or magazine yet so it will show up in the mail tomorrow. *crosses fingers* (Even though I only bought my car a month ago)

How bad is it? Cause mine looks fine, how many coats did you apply?

Pretty bad... it is more orange than red in color. I thought that was just how it looked when wet, but it dried in the same color. I tried another coat hoping it might help (It certainly couldn' hurt.), but no luck. I have a reddish-orange paint covering up some serious scratches. Better than the scratches were (they were white), but still not good.

Mazda Canada sucks. I didn't get s*** all from them except car payments for 5 years. Almost down to 4 now, and down to 3 when grandma dies. Yeah, thanks Mazda!

I emailed Mazda a couple of weeks ago and asked (nicely) where my paint was. Just got a response today that they had run out of black mica but my bottle was in the mail today. Now I have to go put a few scratches on the car to make it worth the wait.

Email eh? can you pm me that email addy so i can send them a nice email myself.

I emailed them using the "Enthusiest" catagory. I hope I hear from them. I have a new 8.5 Metro Gray Mica, and already have a chip on the hood on day one of ownership, and then what looks like a shopping cart that crashed into my front bumper (scuff marks, and a dime-sized chip where most of the force of impact was).

Same here, mine already has a half dozen tiny chips, i wanna hit them with touch up paint and get a clear bra put on so it doesnt get worse.

the paint came just in time to notice dozens of pits, nicks, and chips and washing in the sun. got some work to do now.
