FYI, This turbo setup cost me around 100,000 baht , around 3,200 USD
We are using F-con for manage and Tunning , Defi's gauges for monitor
some parts are second hand from Japan (condition 90-95%)
but Intercooler , all pipes and exhauslts are made in thailand

All things are stable now, after 3rd tunning.
The idle rpm is stable, even when the air compressor is working
The temperature is fine ,around 90-96 Celcious

Thailand is very hot, our major problems is high temp
But this turbo setup is PASS with this exam.
All things OK even when you run the maximum speed for long times.

but the consumption is scary.
it takes cost when you do squezze the power from turbo.
sometimes its twice from ordinary driving

Next week this M2 turbo will got a big changes !
New Ray's forge wheels, new low-high boost switch (safety for high rpm long running)

and ..... New color (by new sticker wrapping)


and when it's all done, i will take new photos

I have a M2 turbo too since 2010 Mazda2-1.5-supercharger-Project
I'm runing only 0.7 bar because I dont know any body to have a reference about how much power can handle the stock engine

I will update my thread or create a new one to show my car and modifications

I would like to exchange ideas and information with you about the M2 turbo conversion

dear god 250 in a about 2500 pound car? thats awesome. strip it out and you got a rally car

that p/w is almost .1014!! the speed3 is .0801 and the 167 hp 2 is .0726

thats insane lol and danger to the manifold.

Nope , The gearbox is still origin
Just want to get some more power when running highway
but still comfort when face with bad traffic
