Terrible Turkey...Too Stiff of a Spring??

I just installed my ebay FMIC kit along with a Greddy Type RZ blow off valve, vented to atmosphere. I relocated the MAF to approximately 5 or 6 inches from the TB, and then the BOV about another 8 or 9 inches away from the MAF. I have adjusted the stiffness of the BOV from all the way to the softest settings to all the way to the hardest settings and it doesn't make a difference with the fluttering. Could the spring that came with the Type RZ be too stiff for our setup, or is there something else that I am missing that needs to be done to kill the turkey? I've searched multiple threads on here on how to get rid of it, but they're not really much help, seeing as I have done what is recommended by them.

Also, I have the vac source t'd into where the stock bpv was, with one end going to the WGA, the other to the BOV, and then into the intake mani.

Any help would be appreciated, thanks in advance.

BOV is too stiff and/or the vacuum source is inadequate.

You gotta open up the bov and take out one of the two springs. The stiffer of the two , I believe.

take out the softer spring in it or it will not be stiff enough. that's what i did and it works great for me.

I'll try both and see which one works better. I remember reading about removing springs in the BOV's, but didnt think to do so when I actually installed it.
