Tenzo or OBX Gauges

Need something cheap to tide me over till i can afford some Defis. I'm thinking of buying either of these (same price) but wanted some opinons first.

1) OBX:

2) Tenzo R (I'd get the white face ones)

Any thoughts? And does anyone know what the Tenzo ones look like at night? Can't find a night picture anywhere.

I need to buy these tomorrow to have them installed in time for the show on Sat the 25th. Thanks for the feedback.

Tenzos maybe? I really couldn't say without them lighting up at night.

Just in case anyone does a future search on this topic....

A Tenzo rep emailed me back and said the Tenzo gauges reverse glow at night. The face is black and the numbers glow a whiteish color.

I think I'm going to go with these. If I don't like the white glow I'll see about switching the bulb with a colored one.

id go with tenzo. for me, ill stick with the brand name stuff... i mean, obx is a brand... but i think tenzo is more well-known - chris

I would go with the Tenzo's myself.

Get some VDO gauges...they're cheap, but still good quality & very stealthy. I ordered some from 42 Draft Designs. Here is what my gauge panel is eventually gonna look like:

They also offer different LEDs so you can customize the look at night.

I got amber (like this) to match my gauges.
