They are the same, i had them and switch for H&R because the ride was bouncy

So ur saying i could purchase the h&r springs for a mazda 3 n they will work good on the speed3 danspeed6? Lol. Thats the cheap way to go by it but im just wondering.. And hows the ride on the h&r? Im choosing between tein or the h&r or cobb. Post up a pic if u could of how ur car sits on the h&r

H&R is a heavier load spring compared to Tein....as for the pic just do a search on google and there are tons of them if you want to see what it looks like...faster then searching here.
