jrodhotrod - This is what your car should look like. 18's, and a mean ass drop.

BEAUTIFUL!

hey jrodhotrod,

I saw your car at SPD on monday, and all i can say is wow. very badass indeed. you certainly have the $!!!

They are both from the same manufacturer.

I say you should get the Gram Lights because I already have the TE-37s. :D

Mercury Silver. l337 (rofl)

After a good lowering (pictures to come, Espelirs from AutoRnD) it will be set.

yea!

*side note* I think i made the rims way too big. Those are like 19's in the chop. A little out of proportion...

TE-37's!!!

(1) - These are my favorite rim period. When I get the money, i'm picking up a set.
(2) - Everything else on your car is ******* clean, and perfect. You got sparco's, not DAD seats, so dont skimp on your rims either. I'm not saying the other choice is bad, but volks are the ultimate, period.

Maybe i'm just ignorant, but I love VOLKS!
They're from the same company. :D

Personal: the Gram Lights look better, but I wouldn't kick the TE-37s out of bed either.

Thanks for the chop. :)

Yeah those are 17", just like stock. I had an opportunity to get this super rare color, I loved the wheels, and combined with the fact that it's my daily driver I liked that I could still run the 45 series sidewall, the 17" just made sense for me. (that was the only choice I had sizewise) I also love the fact that the 17"s are super light. IIRC they weigh something like 15.75lbs each.

I do agree that the car needs a drop, and when I pick it up from SPD, Espelir Springs will have been installed :D

Yea dude, that color is UBER rare. I love your car sooo much. I am gonna hold out for that color, but as far as I know its been discontinued, so picking up a set is gonna be hella hard.

Make sure you post lots of pics when you get your drop!!!

I know this is off topic, and weird i was just arguing with my friend about it. I just ordered the TE-37's for my ek, and he thought i was stupid that i didnt just buy grids. I told him they are lighter and made a lot better then the Rotas, what other differences do they have. He owns a Uncle bens riced out cavalier, and he told me he is going to buy the grids and he told me i wont even know the difference. Anyone with grids know anyone with TE-37s know specific differences other then the quality and make. Like branding. Becuase I have noticed a lot of posers rocking the volk decals with grids.
