T28 Turbo Vs. Stock KO4

Would you consider a T28 an upgrade over the stock turbo? Or is it too small if your power goals are 320-350 wHP, while maintaining, quick spool some low end and medium end power while not taking a nose dive on the High end as well ? How do you think it would perform on our vehicle? Just looking for thoughts at the moment?

I think a bigger turbo would be better if your gonna spend the time taking stuff apart. The 3071R upgrade from protegegarage is a good choice.
