Does anyone know how to get the nuts off the sway bar endlink? I stuck the allen wrench socket (5mm ) in but the nut is so tight it just rounds off inside the and the allen socket just slips. I used lots of liquid wrench for2 days but nothing helps.
thanks in advance.

It's a b****, I got mine off with the allen key and wrench but if you live anywhere north of Texas you probably won't be as fortunate.

Im in Oklahoma, and still those things are a punk. Had to grind them off. Think they use a locking flange nut. and way its ribbed, it will not back out. If you try nylon nuts, the studs will just spin. Not sure how to make a reusable end link. Might try lock washer and nut.

Liquid wrench, let sit for day, then hit them with the impact gun.

And if that doesn't work, die grinder and new end links.
