swapping out spark plugs...

I see lots of discussions about what kind of plugs but does anyone have link or document on how to change the plugs on a 2004 Mazda6 3.0L?

Never mind... I took off the cover and found the coil packs east to remove. It looks like I will need to remove the intake manifold to get to the back ones... that is going to be a joy. Any idea as to what the gap needs to be for a 2004 Mazda6 3.0L?

BTW - At how many miles should the coil packs and wires be swapped out? I am at 78k.

My understanding is 100k miles before any spark plug change is required.

And coil packs need not be replaced until they fail.

the intakes are super easy to remove, just dont take off the coolant lines for the tb and swing it aside. The spark plugs are platinum 100k plugs and coils last till they set misfire codes. Email me or pm and i can send you some mazda procedures
